Last week, Shake Shack teamed up with The Flow Studio for the “Shake and Flow” event, mixing fitness with flavour! Here’s what went down:
- Pilates Session: We kicked off the day with a refreshing Pilates class that left everyone feeling energized.
- Lunch at Shake Shack: Guests enjoyed a health-focused twist on classics. They tried the iconic ShackBurger and crispy Chicken Shack wrapped in crisp lettuce instead of buns—perfect for the fitness theme.
- Drinks: To quench their thirst, everyone sipped on Shake Shack’s zesty Fresh Lemonade and the Fifty/Fifty—a refreshing blend of lemonade and organic iced tea.
It was a vibrant day where fitness met flavour in the best way!
