The buffet brings the essence of home-cooked meals to the heart of the city.  Relish in time-honoured Malay classics such as Asam Pedas Daging Tetel, Rendang Tok, Gulai Tunjang, Nangka Masak Lemak Ikan Bilis, Sambal Tumis Udang Petai, Pajeri Nenas and Siput Sedut Masak Lemak, all prepared with time-honored recipes passed down through hotel’s chef generations and crafted by Chef Arif Ibrahim, Malay Kitchen.

Special highlights include rare delicacies like Telur Itik Masak Lemak Cili Padi, Gulai Ketam Nipah, and our signature Sup Gearbox and Sup Ekor, alongside the flavourful Kari Kepala Ikan, all crafted with care to evoke the comforting warmth of home-cooked meals.

In addition to the traditional spread, the buffet features innovative creations such as Asam Pedas Ikan Salmon, a modern twist on the classic, showcasing the creativity of the hotel’s culinary team. The live cooking stations are a spectacle of their own, offering everything from Kambing Panggang on Briyani Rice to a BBQ Teppan Theatre serving up juicy steaks and the freshest seafood.

Seafood lovers will be thrilled with the Seafood on Ice station, which offers a fresh selection of oysters, mussels, prawn and bamboo clam. The Japanese corner features a selection of sushi maki rolls and sashimi like salmon, tuna and octopus.

Guests can also savour local specialties prepared live at the Mee and Kuey Teow Kawah station, alongside Laksa Johor, Murtabak Ayam, and Roti Canai Sarang Burung. A Western highlight, the Creamy Cheese Wheel Pasta, offers a luxurious and creamy delight for pasta enthusiasts.

For those who crave Thai and Chinese flavours, the buffet includes a dedicated section showcasing dishes such as Thai Stir-Fry Mixed Vegetables, Thai Red Curry Prawns, Minced Basil Beef Pad Kra Pao, the ever-popular Seafood Tom Yum, Kam Heong Lala Clam, Wok-fried Kung Pao Chicken and Beef with Ginger and Spring Onion, Steamed Seabass Fish with Ginger Sauce

To end the meal on a sweet note, the dessert spread is equally indulgent, featuring the rich and creamy Serawa Durian, made from premium D24 and Musang King durian, and live dessert stations serving Kuih Ketayap, ABC Ais Kacang, and Cendol, among other treats.

‘Bergema Sepanjang Malam’ nightly buffet is available at RM198 nett per person. Take up the price of RM178 nett per person on special days, 2 – 4 March and 28 – 30 March. For kids aged 6 – 11 years old, enjoy 50% discount. A two-menu rotation ensures a delightful variety every two days. 

Adding to the lively atmosphere, guests will be serenaded throughout the evening by the Begema 5 Batak Band, creating a festive ambiance that brings people together in the spirit of Ramadan.
