Inspired by the historical trade routes that has shaped Malaysia’s unique gastronomy, this buffet experience celebrates the rich & diverse flavours of the Straits of Melaka, from time-honoured Peranakan favourites to aromatic Malay and regional coastal classics. Santapan Selat Melaka showcases a menu brimming authentic flavours, with dishes highlighting bold spices, rich coconut milk, and traditional cooking methods that pay homage to the multicultural influences of the Straits of Melaka.

Curated by the hotel’s culinary team, this feast offers unique interpretations of classic dishes, including the ever-popular Asam Pedas Melaka, prepared to your preference with a choice of Ikan Kembong Sekor, Tilapia Merah, Ikan Pari, chicken, or beef. Other signature highlights include Kuih Pai Tee, Nasi Ulam, Ayam Tempra, Sup Kambing Mamak with Roti Benggali, Pandan Chicken, the aromatic Nyonya Laksa, and the show-stopping Kambing Bakar Berempah with Nasi Beriani.

Adding to the experience are Ramadan bazaar favourites such as Roti John, Murtabak Ayam, Roti Jala, and freshly grilled satay.

No feast is complete without a selection of traditional desserts, including Serawa Durian, Puding Diraja, Pulut Tai Tai, and Lompat Tikam, alongside a wide assortment of dates and other sweet delights. To complement the meal, guests can quench their thirst with a variety of air balang, featuring refreshing choices like Air Katira Singapore, Air Keladi, Teh Hijau Thailand, Limau Asam Boi, and Laici Kang.

For those craving to enjoy your favourite bazaar eats on the go, look no further than Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral’s very own food truck, Re:fuel On Wheels.

Enjoy a selection of bazaar delights, including Roti John Leleh, packed with savoury beef and egg, fresh salad, and a rich cheese sauce. Also on the menu is the Roti Satay Wrap, featuring a flavourful chicken satay filling, crisp salad, and cheese. These indulgent bites are available for RM15nett each at our food truck.

To pair with these delicious roti creations, Re:fuel On Wheels also offers a refreshing selection of air balang, including Sirap Selasih and Teh Ais Cincau, priced at RM8nett per cup.
