Curated by Executive Chef, Muhammad Norhanis Nordin and his talented culinary team, Nook’s Nostalgia Kampung Baru spread it set to evoke favourite childhood memories of home cooked dishes and big family gatherings. Enjoy a combination of over 100 traditional kampung and international cuisines on Nook’s rotational menu this festive month with your family, friends or colleagues.
Sink your teeth into our crowd-pleasing Kambing Bakar Berempah, a melt-in-your-mouth lamb that’s been roasted in a variety of spices and served with our homemade Sambal Kicap & Sos Pudina at our Carving Live Station. A must-have at any spread is the traditional Malaysian favourite, rendang daging. Chef Hanis’s rendang daging minang is a smooth slow cooked beef, braised in coconut milk and seasons with the herbs and spices will have you returning for a second or third serving. Also available is ayam kalio, chicken cooked in thick and aromatic spiced coconut gracy accompanied with gulai nangka or gulai tunjang at Selera Padang corner to satisfy your ‘Padang‘ cravings.
Malaysian favourites such as Nasi Lemak Kukus, Kambing Kari, satay, rojak, lokching, goreng-goreng, Bubur Lambuk, ayam percik and more are also on offer.

Unlike previous years, Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral specifically offers a banquet promotion that offers dinners in a more private setting this year for guests that are looking for company celebration or celebration with more members. Nostalgia Kampung Baru @ Grand Ballroom is priced at RM138nett per person and will be served daily from 6 April to 18 April 2023 from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. Early bird pricing is available at RM108nett per person for Grand Ballroom until 20 March 2023.
