The St. Regis Langkawi presents the fourth chapter of its celebrated 2025 Gastronomy Series, returning this June with an exclusive six-hand dinner collaboration between Kayuputi, Michelin-brand Sushi Azabu, and The Oriental Park.
Held on June 6 and 7, 2025, this twonight-only event invites guests to experience an exquisite 10-course tasting menu, thoughtfully paired with premium wines and artisanal sake, crafted by three of Asia’s most distinguished chefs: Chef Delvin M. Danker, Chef Shiota Kenta, and Chef Yuma Okuda.

The evening begins at sunset with a tranquil sushi omakase on the overwater Pavilion Bar, where delicately sliced Hirame, Maguro, and Shimaaji are served with a glass of Kuheiji Crémant de Bourgogne — setting the tone for a journey that fuses heritage, innovation, and precision.
From there, guests are seated for a seamless 10-course progression: from Boudeuse oysters lifted by gingercalamansi foam and XO-scallop with vermicelli, to sambal-grilled Borneo coral trout, dry-aged duck with five-spice jus, and Wagyu sukiyaki laced with mountain vegetables.
Each course is masterfully complemented by curated sake and boutique wines — a sensorial symphony designed to linger.

With Chef Kenta’s reverent approach to Japanese purity, Chef Yuma’s soulful interpretation of contemporary Asian cuisine, and Chef Delvin’s zero-waste, ingredient-forward philosophy — this collaboration is as much about technique as it is about harmony. Together, they present a dialogue of disciplines and flavours, unified under the elegant roof of Kayuputi.
