You can order your food earlier in the day and once you are ready to consume it, all you need to do is put the packaging into water that has been boiled for about 10 minutes and it’s good to be served. Not only is the sous vide packaging 200% contamination free, it retains all of the moisture, nutrients and flavours of the ingredients.
