The holy month of Ramadan is finally here, and like every other year the Islamic month of fasting is where gatherings with families and friends are long awaited. This year, the Concorde Hotel Shah Alam culinary team offers a delightful series of traditional Malay cuisines from 23 March until 21 April 2023.

With four different kind of menus on alternate days with various succulent dishes to savour your palate during fast-breaking, guests will be spoilt with choices.

This includes Kerabu Sotong Suhun Utara, Stir Fried Green Mussels with Thai Basil, Kari Kepala Ikan Jenahak, Tomato Bendi, Kambing Panggang Berempah Bawang Putih and many more.
Concorde Hotel Shah Alam is also famed with their signature ‘Bubur Lambuk’ that will be available daily. The three main Bubur Lambuk types are Bubur Lambuk Ayam Dara Lada Hitam, Bubur Lambuk Daging Batang Pinang, and Bubur Lambuk Makanan Laut.
As for the the main courses there are choices such as claypot menus ranging from Nasi Putih Kukus Pandan Wangi, Nasi Jagung Bergajus, Nasi Briyani Kismis Emas, Nasi Bukhara and Nasi Hujan Panas.
This is further enhanced with dishes like Kari Kepala Ikan Jenahak Tomato Bendi, Ketam Masak Cili ‘Chef Mong Style’, Stir Fried Mussels with Dried Chilies as well as Ikan Patin Gulai Tempoyak and much more.
The atmosphere of the Ramadan Bazaar is also felt through serving of folks’ favourites like Sup Kambing Mamak, Popia Basah, Roti John Mayonis Bersusu, Murtabak & Roti Jala and fried goodies including Keropok Lekur, Pisang, Keledek, Pisang Goreng and more.
Not to be missed are also scrumptious of desserts like Agar-Agar Buah Peach, Almond Tartlets, Assorted Malay Kuih, Bubur Kacang Hijau, Cendol, Chilled Leng Chee Kang, Chocolate Fountain, Ice Cream and Condiments, Ice Kacang and lots more.
Guests can also quench their thirst with beverages like Air Bandung, Air Barli, Air Kembang Semangkuk, Air Sirap Pandan Selasih, Air Tebu, Air Teh Bunga, Nescafe Tarik, Teh Tarik.
IFTAR AT CONCORDE is priced at RM 140 nett per adult, RM 108 nett per senior citizen and RM 70 nett per child for children aged 5 – 12 years old.
