In conjunction with the coming new year, several hotels all over Klang Valley are introducing their latest menus to usher in the much-awaited 2020! Though most hotels are located in the city centre, other hotels outside the capital are also joining the bandwagon and this includes the Première Hotel Klang located in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Kelang. This 4- star hotel offers an array of authentic dining options for cosmopolitan travellers at their food & beverage outlets namely The Buzz, Royal Gourmet and Ichi PoolBar.
The Buzz is a restaurant that offers a culinary feast of local and international flavours, Royal Gourmet serves unique Chinese authentic dishes whereas Ichi Pool Bar is a breezy bar-restaurant serving finger foods, burgers and pizza overlooking the swimming pool.
In line with their bi-monthly food and beverage promotions, they are bringing you the exclusive taste of unique and authentic dishes prepared by their Executive Chef Noor Hisham and his culinary team.
Taking the spotlight is the Calzone Pizza. The Calzone Pizza is an Italian oven-baked folded pizza that originated since the 18th century. This pizza is actually a baked turnover stuffed with pizza ingredients and also known as a stromboli. A Stromboli is usually made by rolling with cheese and meat ingredients and is then baked together. This dish is reasonably priced at only RM24 at the Buzz Cafe.
Next up is the Mee Roti Goreng. This Mee Roti Goreng is made by shredding or slicing the bread into strips, then stir-frying it with ingredients like eggs, onions, carrots, cabbage and even meat. Also affordably priced at a mere RM22 per set!
Last but not least is the Salmon Asam Pedas. Guests would not want to miss this specialty that their Executive Chef Noor Hisham has carefully prepared. Salmon Asam Pedas is a spicy and tangy Malaysian fish dish that is sure to whet the appetite. There is nothing better than serving it with basmati rice. The dish in itself is complete with protein and vegetables. Priced at RM48 per set, it is expected to be a favourite among patrons.
