In conjunction with the upcoming Chinese New Year celebration, the buffet line offers the season’s perennial favourites such as Braised Sliced Abalone, Fried Dried Oyster and Sea Moss, Steamed Halibut Fish “Village” Style, Wok Fried Prawn with Shrimp Paste Sauce, Steamed Glutinous Rice with Smoked Duck in Lotus Leaf, Chilled Pomelo, Snow Fungus, Lemon and Nata De Coco; Deep Fried “Nian Gao” with Cheese; and many more!
