In conjunction with the upcoming Chinese New Year celebration, the buffet line offers the season’s perennial favourites such as Braised Sliced Abalone, Fried Dried Oyster and Sea Moss, Steamed Halibut Fish “Village” Style, Wok Fried Prawn with Shrimp Paste Sauce, Steamed Glutinous Rice with Smoked Duck in Lotus Leaf, Chilled Pomelo, Snow Fungus, Lemon and Nata De Coco; Deep Fried “Nian Gao” with Cheese; and many more!

While live cooking counters offer piping hot dishes, diners can also indulge in the spread of Malay, Indian, Japanese and Western fare. The award-winning restaurant is also dedicating a special Yee Sang station to ‘toss’ for good fortune and prosperity.
