Welcoming Year of The Rabbit at The Westin Kuala Lumpur, Chinese Sous Chef Steven Swee of Westin KL’s The Living Room has conjured a delightful spread showcasing some of his and his team’s greatest masterpieces such as their unity Yee Sang and many others.
This menu is available for both lunch and dinner from the 3rd of January till 5th of February 2023.
Also available is the Happiness New Year set menu for those planning family reunion dinners and other similar joyous occasions for business associates and working colleagues or just social gathering among friends.
The 6-course set menu comes with the Spring Festive Salmon Yee Sang, Double Boiled Soup With Abalone, Baked Filo Salmon with Cream Mushroom Sauce, Steamed Village Chicken with Fried Garlic, Black Gold Brushed Fried Rice with Shrimp and Chilled Chrysanthemum Jelly.
Don’t forget to check out the Chinese New Year Buffet for lunch or dinner on the eve of new year and the first day. Among the dishes served includes, Smoked Duck Sliced with Peanut Sauce, Marinated Black Fungus in Szechuan Style, Chilled Chicken Roll with Jelly Fish Salad, Eight Treasure Winter Melon Soup, Deep Fried Golden Perch with Jiang Zheng sauce, and so much more.
