In the lead-up to the fasting month during this challenging climate, Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara with the help of Celebrity Chef Dato’ Chef Haji Ismail Ahmad is excited to present another unique culinary experience as it introduces its takeaway menu.
Guests are invited to choose from three different set menus consisting of 15 all-time favourites dishes each specially prepared by Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara’s brigade of Chefs with the assistance of Celebrity Chef Dato’ Haji Ismail Ahmad and indulge in the comfort of their own home. Drawing inspiration from local influence, the menus feature items like Sup Ayam Berempah, Daging Masak Lemak Cili Padi, Ikan Goreng Berlada, Ayam Golek Istana, and more. There is also a wide variety of heavenly local Malaysian delicacies like Bubur Serawa Durian, Kuih Seri Muka, just to name a few. Alternatively, guests can hand-pick their all-time favourite dishes from the a la carte menu which features items like Roti Canai dengan Kari Ayam, Nasi Briyani, Bubur Lambuk Daging, Murtabak Dengan Kari Ayam, among others.
The menus are available daily, and orders need to be placed a minimum of 24 hour in advance of preferred collection and delivery time for processing.
