Thai dining restaurant, Jaras Restaurant at the InterContinental Phuket Resort, has just been awarded a place in the Michelin Guide 2022.
Led by Chef Chalermwut “Nui” Srivolalkul, Restaurant Manager Somruedee “Fee” Ruamsakul and their talented team, Jaras focuses on sourcing the finest ingredients from Thai farmers, local fisherman and independent, small-scale suppliers.
This high-quality, sustainable and seasonal produce is treated respectfully, fusing time-honoured cooking techniques with creative flair and artistic presentation to transport guests all the way from the farm to the table.
