Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur’s Take Over Series is taken to the next level with the arrival of guest chef, Stefano Baiocco, from the Grand Hotel Villa Feltrinelli located in Gargano, Italy. Chef Baiocco is a Two-Michelin Starred chef, that has traversed the world refining his skills earning him the title of one of the top 100 Chefs in the World.

Hailing from Ancona, Italy, Baiocco began his journey at the Instituto Albergheiro A. Panzini in Senigalia before discovering his true passion for cooking.

Since then, he has established himself as one of the greatest chefs in the world, with mentorship from many renowned Michelin-starred chefs including Alain Ducasse and Pierre Gagnaire. His constant push for excellence has brought him to France, Japan, and eventually back to Italy, where he continues to expand his repertoire.

The Take-Over Series with Chef Stefano Baiocco at Mandarin Grill will run from 21 to 27 November 2022. Priced at RM698 per person, with the option of wine pairing at an additional RM180 per person, the Degustazione Dinner Menu will feature some of his signature dishes that has earned him the world’s most coveted culinary recognition. Customers can also get a taste of Chef Stefano Baiocco’s cuisine with a specially curated a la carte menu served during lunch.
