Mother’s Day 3-Course Communal Feast at Eden Restaurant
During Mother’s Day weekend, on the 11th and 12th May from 5pm to 11pm, Eden Restaurant has devised a special menu for families to celebrate the leading lady of their lives. The 3-course set menu, at $78++ per person, is designed for sharing. Start with the Bi Feng Tang Crispy Squid featuring crispy squid, sat atop a mala aioli and garnished with garlic, spices, chili powder, almond flakes and pomelo pulp and a Bao Bun, filled with delights such as Shrimp
Paste Chicken with pineapple slaw and sambal aioli or Sticky Pork Belly with salted vegetables. The Main Journey champions the very best of surf and turf with an indulgent selection of premium meats and seafood elevated with traditional Asian flavour profiles. Delight in Black Angus Fillet Mignon, Crispy Shrimp Paste Chicken, Pan-Fried Black Cod and Tangy Coconut River Prawns with a side of Chef’s irresistible Kichap Manis Fries and Sautéed Asparagus.
