This Raya, Tropicana Foundation continues its 14-year tradition, bringing festive cheer to 7,900 members from underprivileged communities across Malaysia.
From 13 February 2025 till 24 March 2025, Tropicana Foundation, together with its corporate sponsors, planned, sourced, packed, and handed out cash, food packs, drinks, and dry goods worth more than RM86,000 to the B40 group, single mums, OKU, old folks, as well as orphanages.
In line with its Art of Living, Sharing, and Caring mantra, this long-standing charity outreach programme was made possible with the generous support of Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana” or “Group”) and seven of its operating subsidiaries, namely Tropicana Metropark, Tropicana Gardens, Tropicana Aman, Tropicana Alam, Tropicana Cenang, Tropicana WindCity, and Lido Waterfront Boulevard.

Datuk Mark Rozario, Group Chief Executive Officer of Tropicana, shared more on this meaningful CSR engagement.
“This Raya, Tropicana, together with our subsidiaries, came together to reach out to the underprivileged community and ease the plight of the needy. We wanted to bring cheer and provide some relief in their preparations for Hari Raya.
For over seven weeks, we sourced, packed, and handed out Raya Care Packs consisting of cash, food packs, drinks, and dry goods to various groups in the Klang Valley, Genting Highlands, Langkawi, and Johor regions. The Marketing & Sales team, together with our ESG team, took personal trips to each home, engaging with the residents and breaking fast with them.
A clown balloonist was present to entertain the younger ones, while a hairdresser offered hair-cutting services to the old folks. Most notably, ADUN Jeram reached out to us to support its Raya Welfare B40 programme for 500 families residing in the Jeram community. Our management and team, alongside volunteers from the Tropicana Foundation, personally delivered the Raya Care Packs, engaging with the residents in their homes.
We hope these small contributions bring some relief and joy to them.”
