This winter season marks the 10th birthday of L’Apogée Courchevel. In the heart of the palace Oetker Collection, the Spa L’Apogée by La Prairie proudly celebrates its tenth birthday as the ultimate sanctuary of alpine well-being. Since it opened on 11 December 2013, the spa has embodied a philosophy of luxury, innovation and exclusivity, offering guests a relaxing escape in the French mountains.
To celebrate this exceptional event, the spa is offering two exclusive treatments. Guests will be able to discover new sensory experiences created especially for the occasion, showcasing the expertise for which the spa is renowned.
Signature Restore and Glow Treatment
The ultimate treatment to leave skin feeling healthy, smooth and glowing. Targeting back tension and skin conditioning, the treatment begins with skin brushing on the back of the body to boost circulation and remove dead skin cells. This is followed by a back and legs massage targeting the most common areas of tension in the body.
The treatment is completed with a Gua Sha Facial Massage to create lymphatic flow and reduce puffiness, with guided sophrology that will leave you feeling calm and relaxed. The 90-minute treatment also includes a massage of the front of the legs, from the thigh to the shin, and arms.
A sophrology session of the guest’s choosing can be added to the treatment. It brings deep relaxation, helps with breathing and refocusing, alignment and energy, feeling of relaxation and return to oneself.

Sublime Healing Touch
Light or deep hand choreography to suit your mood. Corinne, an expert Ayurveda and massage therapist, has created this treatment to envelop body and mind in a gentle bubble. A fusion of restorative and relaxing techniques after exercise, set to musical rhythms to awaken the 5 senses and take you on a wonderful journey, at times relaxing, at times invigorating. For your taste buds, Executive Chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois adds his gourmet touch. A genuine treatment for a moment of entrancing relaxation.
