On Saturday, 29th October 2020, Lush’s 3rd store in Penang will open its doors in Gurney Paragon. With retail space at 1,272 sq. ft. and located at Lot G.28B Ground Floor. The store will open its door at 10 a.m. and will host an array of exciting features and concepts, which will showcase all that is innovative and inspiring about Lush.

Its landscape of Colonial, Oriental and local influences, together with a social fabric woven of Asia’s richest cultures has made it a most extraordinary little island. Offering an array of innovative and effective products for face, body and hair, without preservatives and some individually prepared by the team in the shop, Lush wants to give customers the opportunity to adopt a fresh lifestyle and shop for the best, freshest cosmetics available. These products are the results of years of development in creating short life cosmetics from natural ingredients.
Fresh face mask counter
Unique to Lush Gurney Paragon are a number of new concept displays. One of the most exciting is a new concept fresh face mask counter – a deli – inspired display for Lush’s iconic fresh face masks. In an effort to bring the Lush Spa experience to the shop floor, Lush Gurney Paragon will offer customers slate consultations – an in-depth and personalized product consultation focusing on pampering product demonstrations.
Christmas Gift Concept
When you buy a Lush gift, you’re having a positive impact on the world – you’re supporting communities and artisans who’ve made the Knot wraps, ribbons and natural papers; and you’re buying products with beautiful ingredients that won’t cost the earth. Christmas is always an exciting time at Lush and none more so that this year when the new Gift Concept shops will highlight exactly what the Lush gifts team do and why they do it. Lush Gurney Paragon will have the full Christmas Gift Concept with features.
A new shopping experience
With awareness of plastic pollution at an all time high, Lush’s newest concept will host a selection of plastic packaging-free options for your favourite cosmetics. And, rather than scanning labels for information, visitors to the shop will instead be able to scan these naked products directly using the #LushLabs app, replacing packaging with a digital solution. Lush Lens is a feature on the app which enables Lush to reduce their impact on the environment by using the phone’s camera, and give the customer a detailed ingredient information and ‘how to use’ demonstrations via the app.
The Lush Gurney Paragon store, will open on Saturday, 29th October 2020 at 10 a.m.
