This Ramadan, Glenmarie Hotel & Golf Resort invites guests to gather for a meaningful buka puasa experience with its much-anticipated Ramadan buffet, ‘Panggung Citarasa Nenda’, available from 20 February to 19 March 2026, nightly from 7.00pm to 10.00pm.
Inspired by cherished family traditions and time-honoured recipes passed down through generations, Panggung Citarasa Nenda celebrates the comforting flavours of Malaysian heritage, complemented by carefully curated premium highlights.
Conceptualised as a culinary stage, the buffet brings familiar tastes to the forefront, offering guests a warm and memorable dining experience throughout the holy Ramadan month.

The buffet features a wide array of signature dishes including Smoky Beef Brisket, Laksa 7 Pelangi, Daging Bakar Harimau Menangis, Nasi Kerabu, and Nasi Kandar, alongside an extensive selection of regional favourites from across Malaysia.
While most dishes are served daily, selected highlights such as Rusa Golek, Roasted Whole Lamb, Roasted Whole Beef Leg, and Durian are presented on a rotating basis, offering variety throughout the Ramadan period.
At the heart of the buffet is the culinary vision of Chef Muhamad Farhan Aszme, affectionately known as Chef Farhan, whose vision draws inspiration from family kitchens and festive gatherings.
