Weekend Grill
Complement the seafood bounty with grilled Ikan Kembung, Ikan Selar, Tender Beef, and lamb chops, paired with zesty peri-peri or smoky barbeque sauce. The Grilled specialties include Grilled Oysters with Kam Heong Sauce, Garlic Butter Razor Clams, and Asam Pedas Black Mussels.

Pan-toasted seafood dishes bring sizzling Mussels, River Prawns, Clams, and Razor Clams to the table, elevated with rich butter or savory salted egg sauces. Also available are a selection of Tempura Prawn, Fish, and assorted vegetables.
The Signature Carving
