On Friday 28th January 2022 at 11 am, fresh handmade cosmetics brand Lush revealed the new look at East Coast Mall, Kuantan, Pahang.
Lush East Coast Mall will be the 7 th store across the Lush Malaysia with a new customer journey concept and with a retail area of 946 sq. ft.
With the new store concept and the ease of shopping in mind, the customer experience will be much clearer. The new customer journey concept showcases product category areas of Fresh haircare and skincare, ‘Bathing’ (shower, soap and bath), and ‘Gifting’ – each with their own identity.
The new shop concept also allows customers to easily pick up a varied selection of fresh handmade cosmetics including an array of seasonal gifts in the lead up to Valentine’s Day. The ‘Gifting’ area will feature traditional ethical gifts, bespoke gifting, and fragrance gifts
